Unfortunately, employee turnover rates are at their highest rates on record.  That said, even in these difficult times – when one door closes another will open.  The same hold true for many of the companies that have reduced staff and are struggling to find success and competitive advantage  in this difficult economy.

The focus of Back2Work is to build a collaborative community of sales professionals that helps to identify and build a network of opportunities for both short and long term sales placement.

What often happens is corporate management makes a decision eliminate sales positions to compensate for a lack of sales success.   Often once a reduction has taken place there is a reluctance to staff the same way given the track record of previous success.  This opens the door for the Back2Work system of sales personnel, executive mentors and business partners.
